Women’s Yoga Classes in Edinburgh, suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike. The yoga I teach isn’t about touching your toes, it’s about moving your body in a way that feels good and taking time out of your busy week for yourself.

Women’s Yoga Timetable
Tuesdays 8-9pm - St Anne's Church, 1 Kaimes Road, Edinburgh, EH12 6JR
Flowing vinyasa-style yoga for body and mind. You'll leave feeling relaxed and yet energised; calm and strong.
This class is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners as options will be given to tailor your practice to you, your body and your energy.
You will learn breathing techniques to calm the body and mind, yoga postures to stretch and strengthen, and enjoy blissful guided relaxation at the end of the class.

When I arrive the stresses of the week fall away and I leave feeling lighter, happier and generally more positive. Louise offers different levels of postures through the class so you can push yourself and get a good workout if you want to, but there's absolutely no pressure. She explains everything very well.
