Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy yoga classes in Edinburgh (Corstorphine). Move your body and soothe your mind; prepare for birth and parenthood; and take time out of your busy week to relax, bond with your baby and join a community of other pregnant women.

These classes are suitable for all levels including complete beginners and you can start from 12 weeks and continue right up until birth.

Pregnancy Yoga Timetable

Tuesdays 6:30-7:45pm - St Anne's Church, 1 Kaimes Road, Edinburgh, EH12 6JR

Each week we cover a different birth-preparation topic, practice yoga postures that are safe and beneficial for pregnancy, learn breathing techniques for labour and birth, and take time at the end of every class to relax and bond with baby. These classes are for you if you want to:

  • Feel strong and fit throughout pregnancy

  • Confident and prepared for birth and parenthood

  • Spend time bonding with your baby

  • Make friends and share experiences

Classes are booked in blocks of 8 weeks and cost £98. Trial classes are available on request, and flexi-blocks are available for shift workers - please get in touch by email to arrange this with me. More information about block booking can be found in the FAQs.
